fine dust sensor measure?
Ace Development's fine dust sensor is a product that has received Ministry of Environment performance certification No. 2025-p-2, grade 1 performance certification.
measurement range is from 0 to 1,000㎍/㎥ and can measure not only PM2.5 and PM10, but also temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, and VOC.
The measurement method is laser scattering and the warm-up time is less than 8 seconds. Operating conditions are also indicated as -20 degrees Celsius to +60 degrees Celsius, so it appears to be a good configuration for use even in outdoor sites with large seasonal changes.
Measurement values are transmitted every 2 minutes via LTE Cat.1 communication. When I looked into the

Supports both A-weighting and C-weighting and allows selection of Fast, Slow, and Impulse response speeds, enabling detailed measurements depending on field conditions.

In what situations is a vibration sensor needed? The
vibration sensor is a device that measures vibrations generated during blasting work or the operation of heavy equipment.
This product has received environmental measurement equipment type approval NEVE-19. The measurement range is 45~120dB[V] and the frequency range is 1~90kHz.
The measurement axis is Z-axis and supports Fast and Slow time characteristics. Measured values are provided in the form of Lmax, which is the maximum vibration value, and L10, which checks the vibration level in a certain range.
As I found out, vibration is difficult to directly check with the naked eye, so if you try to check the cause after a complaint occurs, it is not easy to accurately determine the situation at the time. By continuously recording vibration data through the
sensor, you can compare changes before and after construction or vibration levels during specific work times.
It seemed to be particularly useful in sites where demolition, excavation, driving, and blasting work is taking place, or in construction sites close to residential areas.
Why is a NO₂ sensor needed?
NO₂ sensor is a sensor that measures nitrogen dioxide concentration.
measurement range is 0.05~10ppm, operating voltage is 3.3~5V DC, and current consumption is less than 5mA. It supports analog, I²C, and UART output methods and can use up to 32 I²C addresses.
Nitrogen dioxide is an air pollutant that can be emitted from vehicles, heavy equipment, and combustion facilities.
At sites where a lot of construction equipment moves or in sections with high vehicle traffic, it is necessary to check not only fine dust but also gas concentration. By adding the
NO₂ sensor, you can expand the scope from existing environmental management focused on dust and noise to air pollutant gas management.
